Fees

At GCC all excursions, activities and equipment required for school work is provided by the College and included as part of your tuition fees. There may be some additional expenses which you may be required to cover from time to time (see below).

All tuition fees are invoiced annually at the beginning of the year.  Fees may be paid in:

  • One payment within seven days of the commencement of the first school term, or

  • Equal fortnightly, monthly or termly (quarterly) instalments, provided the instalment amounts would clear the fees owing by the end of November each year

The default payment plan is four (4) equal instalments with each instalment due quarterly at the beginning of each term. The exception to this will be for Year 12 students who would need to have fees paid in three (3) equal instalments due quarterly at the beginning of each term concluding in Term 3.

Payment of fees must be completed by Direct Debit or Credit Card online via our payment portal. Surcharges may apply for credit card transactions.

Other Fees And Charges

Elective Subjects

The College does not charge subject levies for any elective subject offered directly by the College. Students electing to study certain subjects via external Distance Education and TAFE will be charged an additional fee that may or may not include a College-provided subsidy to offset a portion of the charge.

Year 10 Overseas Missions Trip

Each year, the College takes Year 10 on a short-term missions trip. In previous years we have sent a team to Cambodia, Coffs Harbour (during COVID) and more recently, Vanuatu. This missions trip is subsidised by the College as we see it as a vitally important part of your child’s formation. An administration fee will be payable for this trip with students to raise financial support for any remaining costs.
